I'm a Sad Grandma

Just a little post about missing the girls..They are all doing good and having a wonderful time in Hawaii, Melanie is going to be sending pictures next week. They have an apartment and are meeting many new friends. We just miss them like crazy and our house is way to quiet.

 

Summer is only 3 months away.

 

Went to the beach today to take some pictures for my photo challange club that I belong to and love this picture of the lifegurad chair... we only have a few more months and the beach will be happy again to have children playing and parents sunbathing. Can't Wait.

A Very Sad Goodbye

It has been a very sad day for me today, Melanie and the girls left for Hawaii today, we had some sad goodbyes this morning, I took the morning off from work because I knew I was not going to be in any condition to work, I cried half the day. This is going to be very hard for me, I have had these girls with me for 8 years and now I won't be able to see them for at least 6 months. Melanie has promised to send me pictures so as soon as I get them I will blog them. WE love you Melanie, Maddy and Kylah.

Going Away Dinner

Melanie has made a decision to move to Hawaii, she just felt she was not getting anywhere here
and has a good friend that lives in Hawaii and has decided to take a leap of Faith and move over there with the girls of course. I am sooo sad!! We had a dinner for them last week. My blog is going to be sparse because I have no one to take pictures of now! I may have to borrow someones baby. Auntie, Maddy and Ky

Well we had a fun Evening last night ( Sunday) celebrating Stephs birthday, Ken cooked us a delicious dinner and we had lots of other good things to eat and fun time with family.
