Sharee

For my mission 24 challenge our topic was Portrait, I knew I wanted to take a picture of my girl friend Sharee... she goes to my church and is the mother to five darling kids and is a dancer too. She was so gracious and let me come to her house and do some pictures. She was so easy to photograph because she is soo beautiful.

My Girls Minus One...

The girls came over for dinner tonight and we took some pictures, I just played around in photoshop and got some pretty effects. I don't know why the last one is smaller then the rest tho, I must have done something wrong in photoshop. We had a fun night and I love my girls so much...missing Melanie and the girls terribly.

MaryKay makeover photo shoot

A few weeks ago my girlfriend who is a MaryKay consultant asked me to do some pictures of some girls that were coming in for makeovers. It was a great experience, Below are just a few of my favorite photos from the shoot.

Rough

Our topic for my photo challange today was "Rough", at first when I saw it I was wondering what in the world am I going to do..but looking around my own town I found plenty of things. I submitted the wagon as my entry. It was a fun photo challange.

I am getting dressed in my bedroom and I and I see a big harry thing out my window and as I recover from a near heartattack I see that it is a baby moose! I quickly grabbed my camera and it basically was trappped in our backyard..there was another moose on the other side of the fence that just stood by patiently until this little guy could figure it's way out. But it was so cool, he was just wandering around eating some of the bushes and standing there letting me take it's picture! Way cool.

Mothers Day and Kim's birthday

We had a beautiful day yesterday, Every few years Kim's birthday falls on Mothers day and it did just that yesterday. We all met over at Steph and Bretts house for dinner and birthday celebration. Steph made enchiladas and everyone brought a dish to share. The weather was perfect and we just had lots of fun... Lori ( my cousin) and her son Riley came too. I love my family soo much, they bring me much happiness. We were missing Melanie and the girls and Ryan, but all in all it was a very good day!

 

Happy Birthday Kimmy

We Celebrated Kim's birthday and Mothers Day yesterday,here is a little tribute to our birthday girl. Kimberly has been a pure joy her entire life, she was such a sweet little girl that has carried on to womanhood. She is gentle, kind, loving, compassionate, loves children and has a cute husband Ben! We adore you Kimmy and hope you have many more happy birthdays!

Changes

Today was such a beautiful day, my topic for the photo challange was Changes, so I just wanted to post a few pictures of some beautiful changes that are going on here in town..first Spring is here..our winter trees are changing to beautiful colorful blossoms and soon green leaves... I know I already post a picture of Zep a few weeks ago but today Whitney and I took him up to Tubbs Hill where it was soo gorgeous words cannot describe! Oh How I love the SUN!! When we came home Zeppelin ws exhuasted and as he was laying down in the backyard I called his name and he popped up and I shot away with the camera! love that dog!! For my photo for the challange I did a picture of Zep from baby to big boy... a big change!

Well I finally got some pictures scanned into my computer that Melanie sent me, I did not do any editing, feeling a little under the weather... It makes me to so sad to see these pictures, hopefully soon we can see them.

BYU Womens Conference

 

I had the wonderful opportunity to go to the womens conference in Provo Utah this past week, I met my very good friend Anita Hollway there along with her two daughters Cassie and Chelsi and Anita's sister Mary and Mary's daughter Lacy. We stayed in the Dorms and ate in the Commons and went to many very good sessions and listened to some great music. All five of us were in the Instant choir at the Opening Session Thursday morning and that was so neat. It was amazing and I absolutely loved it and will return next year for another funtastic time!!

After being gone for 2 weeks it is good to be home. George and I took a vacation with no kids to San Diego for a week and we had a really fun time and then the day after I got home I headed off to BYU for Womens Conference..had a blast. Now it's back to reality and back to work but it was fun to get away!!
