Perfect day for a bike ride

Brayden and Fynnlee spent a few minutes today riding bikes.. the weather was perfect and they seemed to be having fun for a bit, then Brayden wanted to ride the little trike that Fynn was on and she did not want to share so that made him upset and he didn't want to ride his bike anymore either. We finally convinced Fynn to share the trike with Brayden and she of course was not happy but she has to learn to share. All in all it was good and I got some cute pictures.

Fynn loved the trike.

No More Cabin Fever

We are taking advantage of all the warm weather that we have been having, Kim, Cheryl and I met up with Steph, Jaxon and Jaemus and went to Corbin park to let the kids play. It was just a gorgeous day and so nice to sit outside and visit with one another and watch the babies interact with each other. I love being a grandma, it is the just so wonderful. My girls have given me some adorable grandbabies that is for sure!!
Jaemus and Avery are having a little Sonic!! Yumm Yumm

Has it been a year already???

It is hard to believe that this baby girl is going to be 1 years old on the 30th of this month, next Saturday we will celebrate her first birthday, she is very much a Mama's girl, if anyone is holding her she is constantly searching for her mom. She can stand up against things but is not walking but she is a fast crawler. She baby talks like crazy, eats whatever brother eats She has beautiful blue eyes and enough hair for mommy to put in piggy tails. She loves to wave hello or goodbye especially if we are facetiming. She has brought so much joy to our family and I know to Kim and Ben as well. We are excited to spend next weekend wishing her a happy first birthday!!

Welcome home Forest

So Whitney and Jared came home Monday night and I kept Fynn with me over night and then Tuesday I brought her out to Osburn and I stayed until today ( Thursday) to try and help out a little bit. I love where they live, out in the country surrounded by tall pine trees and country roads. It was nice and relaxing and just nice to be able to help with the baby and spend time with Fynnlee. They are a sweet little family and am so happy for them.

Welcome Forest Wilder Young

We knew Whintey was having contractions all day Sunday so we pretty much expected a baby on Mothers day or the day after. Jared called me at 2:30 in the morning on Monday saying they were already up at the Days Springs birthing center. I got up and dressed and got up there as soon as I could. By the time I got there she was already in the tub having contractions one after the other so I Knew it was only a matter of time. About 25 minutes after I arrived Forest was born at 3:16 on May 11th weighing 8 pounds and he was 20 and 3/4" long. He has lots of dark brown hair and he is soooo beautiful. He is perfect in every way!! Whitney had her doula Annie with her and her amazing Midwife and one assistant and then myself. The room she had the baby in was like a bedroom, calming, quiet and pretty, it was a perfect birth, could not have asked for anything smoother. I was so thankful I was able to do all the birth photography too. We are soo happy that little Forest is here and safe and so loved. Whitney and Jared got to stay all day in the suite and then came home, I took Fynn home with me and then took her out to Osburn the next day. Sure going to miss them.
