Even tho winter barely started Iknow it's going to be a very long winter. I love all of the Little House books but this one was my favorite and I read it just about every winter. I feel so lucky that I don't have to twist hay like Laura and Pa did to keep our house warm. We are very blessed to have a wood stove and plenty of wood, and plenty of food. It still continues to snow and it does not appear that it is going to stop anytime soon so to combat our cabin fever I took the girls to Lori's to go swimming. Steph came with Kyra and Makenna so everyone had a fun time.
