Merry Christmas 2014

Christmas was a beautiful day, even tho we did not have snow in town we did have a very nice day. We started off at our house just George Ryan and I , we opened gifts and then headed over to Kim and Bens for breakfast and hanging out with the kids... then we headed out to Osburn to spend the day with Whitney, Jared, Fynnlee and Jared's Parents Joan and Jeff. There they had snow...I love where Jared lives and next May Whitney will be moving out there as well. I love small towns and Osburn is perfect. After we got there Fynn wanted to fee the horse up the road so she got all bundled up and she road her 4 wheeler while Whit Ryan and I walked behind her. It was cold an snowy , to me just perfect. So we fed the horse some carrots, I took pictures and then once we got back we did a little sledding in the front yard. So much fun. Fynn loved it, after sledding we came in for some hot chocolate and then dinner. We left around 5 after a perfect day.

One Very naughty dog!!!

Well if you have ever seen the movie Marley and Me, then you can only imagine my life with this dog. Seriously he is lucky to be alive...he has eaten so many things that are bad for him and in reality should have killed him. While we were at our family dinner he got very sick and had diarrhea all over the house...apparently unbeknonest to me and everyone else in the house he got into my baking cupboard and took coconut, walnuts and a whole package of baking chocolate almond bark out to the back yard and ate it. He did not eat the walnuts thank goodness as they are very expensive...anyways, his tummy troubles started while we were gone and he did not have access to go outside so you can imagine what we walked into when we got home. George, Ryan and I spent the next hour cleaning things up and doing lots of laundry. He is fine and had quite the tummy ache for a night, but is fine now. Tonight we went out to Jared and Whitneys to spend the day and this time I did leave the sliding door open a little for him to go out and when we got home he had taken my brand new PJ's out and a small bowel of english toffee..AAAARRRRRRGGGG!!!

More Christmas fun

Oh my, this whole month has been filled with so many fun Christmas things, Brayden and Avery came over the other night to make a gingerbread house, and then this past weekend Santa pain a home visit. My Neighbor Bob Wilson played Santa for years out at the Resort's Santa village, now he does home visit and private parties...anyways he stopped by hoping Fynnlee was here but she wasn't. Jared and Whitney were on their way back from Tri Cities..as we were talking they pulled into my driveway so they all got a nice surprise from Santa. Fynn was a little unsure about things. It has been a fun month and have taken some really cute pictures of the kids.
