Welcome Jaemus Franklin Fromm

Baby Jaemus arrived 10 days late, he was born November 9, weighing in at 8 pounds and 20 inches long. Steph went to the hospital Sunday morning to be induced and really nothing happened all day. They broke her water around 3:40 in the afternoon, Whitney was working Sunday and I was at church but Brett was really good about keeping us posted...so after she got off work her and I drove to Spokane and got there about 4. Steph was just starting to feel uncomfortable and then things just went really fast. She got in the tub about 20 minutes after we got there and once that warm water hit here she felt so relaxed and that just helped her move along. She choose to do hynobirthing which is all natural, when she was in the tub she started feeling really hard intense contractions and told us very plainly that she was done and wanted and epidural and that she we should not talk her out of it. Beth her nurse and also her girlfriend from college told her that she needed to be checked so she got back on the bed and when Beth checked her she was 9cm dialated...she said to Beth " You better not be lying to me". About 10 minutes later the baby was born.. I think maybe 2 pushes and he was out. It was a beautiful emotional experience. We are so happy to welcome this little baby into our family, he is a very sweet little boy.

Whitney was Stephs doula and she did great.
